Why the Justice System Is Failing Black Victims in Controversial Cases

Mark Hayes (00:01.774)
All right, ladies and gentlemen, welcome back. Please like and subscribe. Two men in black and honest two men in black and white and honest conversation. All right, let's get right into it. We've got new enhanced audio. Joy Reid is reporting about a very interesting take by a psychologist who is taking a closer look at what he hears on the audio. We also have a conversation.

with a family friend, African American man who has known the Wells family for the majority of their lives. And so he's got some interesting things to talk about. let's bring in Brocconellis now with a closer look. he's driving through the deep south once again. Hopefully he makes it through safely. Broccinellis, my man. let's talk a little bit about this audio tape. we heard enough on that first audio tape.

That was created by the African American audio engineer. That why weren't there any arrests after that? what we did get was plenty of death threats for that young lady, because she's really good at her job and she was able to help us decipher what we were hearing in the background of that so-called distress call. but you know, Brock, here's one interesting thing. We've never seen any proof that that boat was ever in danger.

We've never seen anyone tell us that that bilge pump or whatever was not working properly. So does that matter or does it not? Where's where's the evidence coming from that seems to be exonerating all these fine young white men?

Brock Ganeles (01:47.093)
I don't know. It's almost like does you know the bilge pump to me is a distraction. Okay, bilge pump was open, closed, boat was sinking, not sinking. What does that have to do with whether or not Norman Wells was murdered? Right? We're not investigating, you know, a boat mishap on the high seas, right? We're investigating what happened to one individual that was within a group of people. So till proven otherwise to me.

Mark Hayes (01:51.822)
Mm-hmm.

Mark Hayes (02:05.1)
Nope.

Brock Ganeles (02:16.426)
All these other storylines are attempted alibis and distractions around the real storyline. And no, I don't believe that the boat was in any peril because what grandfather calls the Coast Guard directly to tell them not to help their grandchild's boat that's in distress in the Gulf of Mexico. Right?

Mark Hayes (02:42.231)
Right. It makes no sense at all.

Brock Ganeles (02:43.638)
The grandfather's like, no, let's just let's just see if they can pull themselves out of it. So it'd be good, you know, good test for the young kids, right? Come on. Why wouldn't why wouldn't the grandfather have been in not only call the Coast Guard, send 10 boats, save my grandson. So is it is there any possibility it was truly under under d is distress? Don't see it. Don't see it. This is not the way you humans behave.

Mark Hayes (02:49.325)
Yeah.

Right. Right.

Mark Hayes (03:01.003)
Right. Right.

Mark Hayes (03:09.089)
Nope. Nope.

Not at all. Not at all. We haven't heard an explanation for why they were cleaning the boat out at three AM. We haven't heard an explanation as to the GPS coordinates. If your boat is in distress, how are you zigzagging through all these coves and making all these stops? you know, and again, you know, why is Harvey shilling

Brock Ganeles (03:14.277)
shit.

Mark Hayes (03:39.489)
for the white families. Like I don't understand what TMZ is doing. Like it are you in search of the truth or not? So Brock, my question is when the autopsy comes out, who's gonna believe it?

Brock Ganeles (03:53.741)
Think there's gonna be a lot of skepticism. They've already introduced that into the into the into the game plan. But it should be believed anyway, because now that we've seen the history of this medical examiner, we're already going into the process with mistrust. Already thinking that we have to look at some older investigations that were pushed through as accidental drownings just to sweep them under the rug. So

Mark Hayes (04:11.048)
Mm-hmm.

Mark Hayes (04:23.637)
Yeah.

Brock Ganeles (04:24.914)
I'm skeptical. I'm he I'm skeptical headed into in headed into this. And to me the autopsy is sorta just one piece of the puzzle.

I feel like every one of these kids needs to have a strong storyline with a timeline that makes sense and that's consistent as to where they were every point during that day. They're under suspicion. Like they can't cry wolf and s you know threaten lawsuits and all that.

You were in the vicinity, you were part of a group of people for which one of them ended up dead. You are under suspicion. You need to prove why you shouldn't be. Not whine about the fact that you are. Of course you are.

Mark Hayes (05:11.294)
And

Mark Hayes (05:23.691)
Right. How do you think this works? What do you know, what do you what what do you think you do? You just get on a boat and just tell everybody it's all good? You told Nolan Wells' mother that he was missing. But then you told the police, it's all good. he's not missing. But you Yeah, but he you've got his phone, his car keys, you don't give it back.

Brock Ganeles (05:26.624)
Yeah, Dory fucking kidding me.

Brock Ganeles (05:45.88)
Probably sleeping somewhere on someone's couch.

Mark Hayes (05:52.61)
You make the mother find them. Luckily, she's got Life 360. And I mean, Brock, it just look, there's so much skullduggery and fucking tomfoolery going on. you know, the fuckery is is just over the top. And so that brings me to our next individual who claims to be a family friend of the Wellses. Claims to have known them for many, many years. Gabe Nolan is very first haircut.

local guy who told Joy Reed that Ben Crump and Al Sharpton made a mistake coming to Mississippi and saying that race was an issue in this case. Now, how in 2026 they just had a one-year-old baby killed with no answers in Mississippi. Of course, that baby was black.

How in 2026 do you think that race is not an issue in the Nolan Wells case? Well, he says that they have interracial babies in Mississippi and that Emmett Till is so long ago and so ancient history that there is no way that that should even come up in a discussion. He said, Well, Emmett Kill Emmett was lynched.

Right? Not by the police, not not after a trial by jury. But he said Emmett was lynched for whistling at a white woman, which happened to be true. But we now know that that white woman lied. We now know that the gentlemen that did it were not, in fact, officers of the goddamn law. But he says, now that we're making babies with white women.

You know, we've come a long way from dying for whistling at them. I mean, it makes no sense. And as a black man in America, you need your head checked.

Brock Ganeles (07:55.488)
Okay. I mean

Brock Ganeles (08:00.45)
There's enough Yahoos with streaming like us, so I guess everyone gets a voice and a platform out there, Joy Reid certainly mi more than others. But as you're saying the story, I'm kinda like, who cares what the guy in the barber shop in Ocean Springs thinks? Like 'cause my question to him would have been, Okay, forget Emmettil. Do you think Ben Crimp Ben Crump shouldn't have gone to Minneapolis and pointed out the fact that Derek Shauvan and the two other policemen shouldn't have had

Mark Hayes (08:03.36)
Okay.

Mark Hayes (08:23.232)
Right.

Brock Ganeles (08:29.228)
held been holding h George Floyd down while Derek Chauvin's knee was on his neck for nine minutes and he died in broad daylight. Ben Crump shouldn't have mentioned that race was a factor there either. That would have been a mistake that was a mistake of Ben Crump to go to Minneapolis, was it? Is that what the barbershop guy thinks? That because Emmett was seventy years ago, Ben Crump should have stayed out of it. Shouldn't have tried to get justice for George Floyd. those those officers shouldn't be in jail right now.

Mark Hayes (08:32.706)
Hello.

Mark Hayes (08:49.399)
Right.

Brock Ganeles (08:59.222)
That's what the barbershop guy thinks. I mean, Mark, you know my take on it. Like individuals can have any opinion they want, and I just don't think to me it's like it doesn't matter. I don't give a shit what the barbershop guy in Ocean Springs thinks. Black, white, Asian, Jewish. I don't care what his ethnicity is.

Mark Hayes (09:02.903)
Frightening.

Mark Hayes (09:18.093)
You're right.

Brock Ganeles (09:20.181)
Is you know, maybe he thinks the earth is flat also. He might be an anti vaxxer also. And guess what? I don't care about his opinion on any of those topics either.

Mark Hayes (09:29.901)
You know, I I guess it it's so bothersome to the African American community because we just wonder like what what what possible state of awareness could you be under? Obviously none, when you're trying to rationalize why race should not be considered.

In this case, why why did the sheriff all of a sudden jump to a conclusion? Nothing to see here. Why were the white boys automatically exonerated? They didn't do anything wrong. Why is why is the autopsy taking so long for a simple drowning? Why in the independent autopsy did we not have pieces of the man, pieces of the man who died?

Included all the pieces included. We didn't see his organs, we didn't see the hyoid bone, and we didn't see the throat, which would have indicated to us whether or not water was forced in his lungs, whether or not water was in the lungs would have indicated whether or not he drowned, and whether or not we saw some type of ligature marks across the neck that would have given us an indication as to whether or not he was strangled by ropes.

Mark Hayes (10:57.867)
What's your problem? Why is that so hard to see?

Brock Ganeles (10:58.391)
None of it.

Brock Ganeles (11:02.038)
None of it. So far the whole investigation is being tiptoeing around so as not to ruffle any white feathers. 'Cause it's a it's almost shocking that there haven't been perp walks, there haven't been people cuffed and brought in and forced to testify and give their story with twenty different kids in twenty different rooms and let's see if their stories really do line up. Because my bet is there's no fucking way they're gonna line up if you start listening to all twenty people that were or more.

That we're on those four different boats. There's absolutely no way there's not gonna be cracks in the cover up. And we don't have a sense that any of that has happened. We're hoping that in the end game we're gonna be pleasantly surprised by the investigation that's going on. So far, the only arrest we've seen have been a couple Yahoos that did some bullshit online threats to one of the mothers. That's been the only

Mark Hayes (11:58.265)
To one of the white mothers.

Brock Ganeles (11:59.788)
Yeah, one one of the white mothers. It's been one the only police activity that's gone on. So now supposedly they're in front of the grand jury. Okay. How long's that gonna take? How much evidence you think this grand jury is gonna need to see for them to recommend indictments? And why does why is it actually being placed on the grand jury to do that? Why isn't the DA coming in saying these are the charges that we wanna press? Do we have enough?

Mark Hayes (12:09.933)
Right.

Brock Ganeles (12:28.492)
to take this to court. Because they don't because all indications are the DA doesn't want to do that. They don't want to find enough evidence. They don't want that grand jury to come back and say to them you need to arrest six kids and white boys and and charge them with federal charges, first or second degree murder. They don't want it. They don't want it to happen.

Mark Hayes (12:30.967)
Right.

Mark Hayes (12:40.174)
Right.

Mark Hayes (12:46.582)
D'Y boy.

Mark Hayes (12:54.818)
Right.

Brock Ganeles (12:57.228)
We're gonna see who's on that grand jury. I'm curious. Is a jury of of whose peers is this grand jury?

Mark Hayes (13:02.464)
Not Nolan Wells's. You know it's not a jury of Nolan Wells' peers. Because I'll tell you what, Brock, they can make sure those summonses go out to the right white neighborhoods. So we only have to pick from right, the people that look like Wyatt and Bart. Right? And Warren.

Brock Ganeles (13:08.632)
Okay.

Mark Hayes (13:29.588)
And or Officer Tatum, if we happen to know where where where Officer Ray Tatum Tatum lives.

Brock Ganeles (13:33.388)
Mark.

I'm a white guy in the North. Right? And I'm appalled and enraged by what has gone on in the Nolan Wells killing. And every step of the investigation along the way, every step of this has been infuriating. Like to me, this is an embarrassment for the American judicial system, which is the bedrock.

Mark Hayes (13:48.79)
And rightfully so, bro.

Mark Hayes (14:03.967)
Brock Ganeles (14:05.898)
of rule of law, which is the bedrock of really of the democracy. But but I'm not surprised because Todd Blanche is about to be confirmed as the Attorney General and that makes him the senior most law enforcement officer in the country and his one job is to cover up the Epstein files. And all those fucking soft white guys in in Senate that were gonna be tough all crumbled.

Mark Hayes (14:11.917)
Right.

Brock Ganeles (14:35.23)
and rolled over and they're all complicit with the cover up of the Epstein files. So why would I have any expectation in this United States environment for true justice to go on in Mississippi of all places? Where if I had to rank the states one to through fifty of where I expected that there to be true justice. Mississippi like like education and a lot a lot of other categories.

Mark Hayes (14:53.377)
Right.

Mark Hayes (15:03.438)
Right. Without question. look, Todd Blanch, twelve ten, the judiciary committee. ha we might as well lose all faith. We well, if we haven't lost all faith in the judicial system, it's gone now. The DOJ is going to be a total, total retribution factory.

Brock Ganeles (15:04.288)
It's forty nine or fifty, right?

Mark Hayes (15:34.458)
I don't know how they're gonna get anybody to work there. How many MAGA lawyers are out there that actually know how to file a case? We saw that woman that they brought on to, you know, try to file a case. She was an insurance lawyer. She screwed it up so bad the judge kicked her out of his courtroom.

Brock Ganeles (15:52.524)
Look, and I hope they know. They better know. Like if they file a case, they better hope Trump stays in office the rest of their lives. 'Cause the second MAG is not in power, they should get their fucking walking papers. Anyone who does who plays along with this DOJ should know that their government career will be ending day one of a new presidency. And good luck. Good luck in the private sector. So if they want to play long, it's gonna cost them down the road.

Mark Hayes (15:59.726)
Yeah.

Mark Hayes (16:03.906)
Yep.

Mark Hayes (16:13.538)
Yep. Yep.

Yeah.

Mark Hayes (16:21.942)
I mean why can't we treat Blanche like they treated James Comey?

All right. Where's with they're still indicting James Comey, still trying to screw him, right? For not breaking the law at Trump's behest. Like why why can't we treat why can't Democrats suck it up and follow the rule of law? Why are we Merrick Garlanding everything? You know, Merrick Garland was probably next to Trump, he was the second worst thing to happen.

Because he refused to hold people accountable. And now look what they're doing. It's run amok.

Brock Ganeles (17:02.038)
Yeah, but the I mean if the Dems had a spine and it wasn't led by Chuck Schumer and Jeffries and Ken Martin, we'd be talking about the fact that as soon as we turn the house there's gonna be just there's gonna be impeachment and a wave of investigations and as soon as governmental power is wrestled away from MAGA, there will be indictments. Blanche has already committed perjury. He should know that he will be indicted day one after

Mark Hayes (17:29.9)
Right. Right.

Brock Ganeles (17:32.906)
ma a MAGA president is is out of office. And if he continues to commit crimes, we're just gonna keep the list. Because there's gonna be a commission that is formed the day after inauguration and they're getting to work right away. We're not foot dragging it this time. We're not gonna have a congressional committee that takes two and a half fucking years to get to some answers so that the by the time we come around to actually having some evidence and indictments, it's too late because now we're in a in our next

Mark Hayes (17:36.696)
Right.

Brock Ganeles (18:01.728)
election season and you know, protocol says that you can't do anything in an election season. No fucking way we're playing the game that way next time around.

Mark Hayes (18:10.228)
No, fuck that. and the minute one check goes out from that slush fund to pay off the Jan Sixers, there should be an arrest. We should go straight to Blanche's office and cuff him. If that money

Brock Ganeles (18:27.052)
They should know that money that money's gonna be clawed back. E everyone in the Trump family is gonna be indicted and they're going to be they're gonna have forensic accounting fucking scombing through every one of their financial tran transactions and there will be indictments. There'll be sp multiple special counsels to look into multiple cases of of government corruption along the way. I mean, this should be like

a massive group of lawyers that are going back to clean house because if we don't do it, then we tacitly admit that we accept it. And we ex when we accept it, it just becomes commonplace becomes commonplace, then we lose any sense of rules and regulations around here, which is where we are now in Trump two dot Who the fuck even knows what's legal illegal what's legal and illegal is just that the whim

Mark Hayes (19:19.948)
Here we are. Yeah.

Brock Ganeles (19:26.085)
of those in charge. Rule of law is is gone.

Mark Hayes (19:29.676)
Right. And that's the scary part. Like, w what can actually be done? Who do you actually go to for help? Like remember back in the day, the a Till case, right? The feds came in. The missing civil rights workers, the feds came in. We got no feds to come in.

Brock Ganeles (19:52.236)
No, right now people go to the public. That's why Ben Crump people like Ben Crump are important and that barbershop, you know, buffoon in Mississippi is so wrong. Because right now you just have to go to the public and the the threat is the negative public sentiment against the people in power and their fear that there's either gonna be mass protests against them or they're gonna lose elections. That's the only thing that holds them in place.

Mark Hayes (19:59.545)
Yeah, right.

Mark Hayes (20:08.642)
Right.

Mark Hayes (20:16.478)
Right. Right.

Right.

Brock Ganeles (20:20.746)
And maybe and and and some intermediate courts who make decisions like what was made in DC with the reflecting pool so that the gene pierros of the world have to have to buckle and pull back from their you know, basically illicit indictments. But right, but Trump wants Trump's after Gene Pyrrho now said she choked. She choked b because she didn't she couldn't overcome his lie.

Mark Hayes (20:34.102)
Yeah.

Mark Hayes (20:39.437)
Right.

Mark Hayes (20:47.808)
Manufacture evidence. Right.

Brock Ganeles (20:50.912)
His fabricated crime, she couldn't pull off prosecuting his fabricated crime, so he might be firing her. But you know what? Fuck her. I have no sympathy for her. But that's that's the world we're in, right? Trump's not gonna admit he totally lied, and the fucking guys that he hired fucked up the reflecting pool. He had to make up a a elaborate. He is the Minnesota.

Kids on the boat. Trump had to create a an elaborate scheme and tell the lie over and over and get a massive group of minions underneath him telling the same lie. Right? It was all about someone with a knife carving through, right? Like they literally made up a whole scenario that never happened.

Mark Hayes (21:20.621)
Yeah.

Mark Hayes (21:35.508)
Right. Happened. Right. And you know, that's the thing.

Brock Ganeles (21:39.68)
It's like the bilge pump it's the bilge pump, right? Trump's Trump's got his own bilge pump story.

Mark Hayes (21:42.895)
Right. Right. And what they don't realize, Brock, is that you've got to be able to prove this stuff. Like, how how do they think that shit's gonna stand up in court? Like, I don't like who you gonna who are you blaming for that? Who are you putting that on? That's actually gonna stand for it. But see, you know, in this day and age, Brock, it's the legal battle that gets you.

Brock Ganeles (21:56.746)
Luckily well

Mark Hayes (22:11.158)
Right? That fight might cost you $100,000 against the DLJ. Right? To go to trial? I mean, to go to trial, it's probably gonna cost you more. Right? To get the person that you need to make sure you don't end up in prison for some bullshit that an idiot like a D minus student like Donald Trump made up. I mean, Canks McTaco tits, you know, we know he's brain dead, dementia ridden. So

You know, anything can come out of this fucking guy's mouth. You know, and what are we gonna do? Call him as a witness? I mean, it's it's it's a sad state of affairs, bro.

Brock Ganeles (22:48.268)
No, but he's using our tax dollars to go after what are now private citizens and it's draining their their wealth, right? Their savings, their you know, their life. It's costing them money to have to defend themselves against these nuisance lawsuits. The good thing is no one's gotten thrown in jail yet, right? Letitia James, Comey, the other the other Yahoo with the mustache, right? The

Mark Hayes (23:05.272)
Okay.

Mark Hayes (23:11.725)
Right.

Mark Hayes (23:15.342)
Who Which one?

Brock Ganeles (23:16.652)
The GOP guy. What's his name? You know the guy was a defense guy. I can't remember his name. you know, even some of Yeah. I tried to forget him. So yeah, using our tax dollars to try to bully bully private citizens now and get retribution. It hasn't worked. Yeah, Bolton.

Mark Hayes (23:23.502)
the the handlebar mustache guy? Yeah. I know exactly what you're talking about.

Mark Hayes (23:35.712)
John Bolton. John Bolton.

Brock Ganeles (23:38.09)
It's it hasn't worked, it's an idiotic campaign, it's been bad politically, but Trump's like he's a demented toddler. So he doesn't care, he's just lashing it out against those that have confronted him in one way or another. It's the one place where the court system is held a little bit that he hasn't been able to throw anyone jail illegally, although I almost wish that he would win one of 'cause I think it would wake up the American people.

Mark Hayes (23:52.611)
Right.

Brock Ganeles (24:05.076)
if they watch someone get thrown in jail improperly. And it might rile up complacent white America who's just still sitting around doing practically nothing while the country devolves into, you know, the shit show that that it basically is right now.

Mark Hayes (24:10.401)
Right.

Mark Hayes (24:20.097)
Right.

Mark Hayes (24:29.558)
Right. Gosh almighty, bro. All right. Give me a quick hit, bro. What do you got going on?

Brock Ganeles (24:33.432)
Yeah, this is a tough time. I gotta I got I I got one for you. Did you see David Ellison's op ed today? Of course I did not read it, but it was in the New York Times because first of all I'm not paying a nickel to the Times to read anything that fucking rag writes with Maggie Hagerman's bullshit and all the horseshit they've done over the last ten years to placate and normalize Trump and MAGA. But I did see the headline.

Mark Hayes (24:41.174)
I did not.

Mark Hayes (24:50.409)
No, not at all.

Mark Hayes (24:59.847)
Mm-hmm.

Brock Ganeles (25:03.552)
And the headline from David Ellison is like, why you can trust me with the news. That's his that's his option. So that's what the owner of CBS is trying to tell the country today that he can be trusted with the news. The same fucking guy that hired Barry Weiss to run the news division and fire anyone at 60 minutes or

Mark Hayes (25:10.092)
Mm-hmm.

Mark Hayes (25:21.847)
Right.

Mark Hayes (25:26.701)
Yeah.

Brock Ganeles (25:31.682)
Cause them to resign from 60 Minutes by trying to manipulate stories so that they are more favorable to MAGA and Donald Trump. That's the guy writing an ob-ed today to tell us he can be trusted with the news. Do you know what, David Elson? You can't be fucking trusted with the news. And we're not gonna watch any network that you own. It's game over, you've already shown us who you are.

Mark Hayes (25:56.834)
No.

Brock Ganeles (26:01.204)
Why you bothered to write that fucking bullshit is beyond me. You've already lost us.

Mark Hayes (26:04.386)
Right.

Mark Hayes (26:10.135)
Yeah, you can forget it.

Brock Ganeles (26:11.114)
And we hope your news organization fucking goes bankrupt.

Mark Hayes (26:15.136)
Yeah. It's it's a joke. And

It's it's it it's just so sad. You know, an institution like sixty minutes that it became, you know, the the the the gold standard for journalism and excellence in storytelling. you know, one of one of the driving forces be f behind why I wanted to be a television news reporter, Ed Bradley. I used to watch Ed Bradley religiously, religiously, and record him every week.

And watch his stories during the course of the week, trying to learn how to be a better television news reporter. And you know, now kids are gonna come out watching this saying, Fuck am I looking at? You know, why am I watching this? it is it is it is

Brock Ganeles (27:06.102)
Let me ask you this. Explain to me what makes sixty minutes better than TMZ right now.

Mark Hayes (27:12.288)
Nothing. There is nothing. Nothing. They're both jokes. They're both getting their information secondhand. They're both making it up as they go. And they're both trying to do one thing, Brock. Expand the profit margin. That's all they're doing. That's all they're doing. And you know, maggots watch a lead a lot of TV, right? So they're hoping.

That the maggots will tune in and get the ratings up. You know, maggots ain't going anywhere. It's not like they're traveling. It's not like they're going to see other places. It's not like they're going out to find restaurants, right? You know, the roadhouse and and you know, no shade on roadhouse, but that's fine dining maggots.

Brock Ganeles (27:59.948)
So Dave my last point on this, so David Ellison wrote this op ed to try to tell us that we can trust him with the news, but he hasn't fired Barry Weiss. So she's still running the she's still running the division.

Mark Hayes (28:09.283)
Mm-hmm.

Mark Hayes (28:14.594)
Far as I know.

Brock Ganeles (28:14.892)
But we should trust but we should trust them with the news, despite the fact that anyone with any credibility and any personal integrity has left sixty minutes. Their flagship news product. No fucking way. Go fuck yourself, David David Ellison. Don't insult us. Don't insult us. Don't try to gaslight and bullshit us. What do you got for me? Yeah, let's end on a high note.

Mark Hayes (28:28.416)
Yep. Yep. It's bullshit. Yeah.

Mark Hayes (28:37.91)
Right. You wanna end on a high note?

All right, New York getting close to getting the Winter Olympics. How about that? Kathy Hokel speeding up her plan to bring the Winter Olympics to the Empire state and the city so nice they named it twice. an exploratory committee has been launched. you know, and so the governor visited some venues on Monday that could potentially host.

The forty two games. So it's a ways off, but hey.

Is i is it Lake Placid again? Because obviously that that was what, nineteen eighty? Nineteen eighty?

Mark Hayes (29:20.482)
That was 80. Yeah, that was eighty. Yeah. So, you know, you gotta think, you know, what's what's better than Lake Placid, which had the games in nineteen thirty-two and nineteen eighty. you know, I mean you could you could theoretically host some of the games, well, a large part of the games in the city, and then have the snow sports out in the mountains, either in

Brock Ganeles (29:45.261)
Yeah, they

Yeah.

Mark Hayes (29:49.164)
You know, they're not far away. And what a two hour ride, you know, up to some of the ski ski resorts. You know, you got Bear Mountain one of the smaller ones. Yeah.

Brock Ganeles (29:57.718)
Yeah, I Yeah, I mean I think I think it would be great. And I think you're right, that'd be great if some of the events were in New York, like they could do this the speed skating and things along those lines. I just worry with global warming just about whether or not you're still gonna get enough I know they manufacture the snow, but whether the weather would be cold enough and you know, having enough natural snow

to or do you just gonna have to move it north up the Canadian border. We're gonna have to really keep pushing it north. That that's the only issue because you know that's I think that's an issue globally for the Winter Olympics. Because even well it wasn't in Colorado was it this year or last year, like it had almost no snow or like a couple huge storms and then nothing else and and huh mountains had to get shut down. So they're gonna have to have a plan A and a plan B just in case you know, the weather

Mark Hayes (30:26.446)
Yeah.

Mark Hayes (30:31.202)
Good point. Yeah. Absolutely.

Mark Hayes (30:39.606)
Right.

Mark Hayes (30:44.781)
Right.

Brock Ganeles (30:51.18)
Just doesn't accommodate. Pretty pretty soon we're gonna have to have the winter games at the North Pole because the everything's gonna be too warm. Having said that, I'll view it as a high note. I think it would be a great thing. And clearly, you know, New York City would pull it off an after World Cup. Everyone wants to come here.

Mark Hayes (30:56.14)
Right.

Mark Hayes (31:07.66)
Yeah. Yeah, absolutely. All right, buddy. Great place to end it. Yes, sir. Revolution. Yes, sir. Peace.

Brock Ganeles (31:13.612)
Alright Mark, always a pleasure. Pick it up with you tomorrow. Keep up the fight.
