The Dems Ongoing Black Voter Problems and the Strange Disappearance of Our First Lady (?) Melania

Mark Hayes (00:01.398)
All right, ladies and gentlemen, welcome back. Two men in black and white, an honest conversation. we want to begin, of course. wow, taking a good hard look at America in black and white. But first we got to begin with the commander in dum dum, commander in chief. Brock, he looks more unwell than usual to me. and now I'm seeing more reports of where's Melania. Nobody seems to be able to find her.

Don Lemmon and Ms. Welch. What's what's from I've had it podcast. Yeah. They had a great conversation about where Melania has gone. no one's seen her. She's offered nothing to the to the position of first lady, anyway. By the way, I just want to say, and that $40 million was a fucking waste that Jeff Bezos gave away. But you know what? It bought him access.

Brock Ganeles (00:37.861)
I've had it. Yeah, yeah.

Mark Hayes (00:58.434)
You know, and it's giving him more data centers and it's giving him everything he wanted. so, your thoughts first on the disappearance of Melania. Now we talked about this last week and we said the last anyone had heard of her was that kind of weird, innocuous post on Twitter, July thirtieth. I mean, we're we're past mid-August now. It's today's the what, seventeen?

Brock Ganeles (01:25.895)
You Yes, so so you think you think she's running for her life because she's worried about Iran. So you think is that correct? You think it's sort of a fear based hideaway scenario?

Mark Hayes (01:27.694)
Where could she be?

Mark Hayes (01:40.012)
Yeah, I th I feel like she's taken Baron and and gone on the run.

Brock Ganeles (01:45.746)
I think she just sees Donald in such decline running around with that thirty-two year old assistant that he's got who tucks him into bed every night and she sees it unwinding and that she just has self preservation skills and she's just trying to stay out of the way 'cause she sees that the volcano's about to erupt in dementia filled just fucking carnage.

Mark Hayes (01:55.694)
Yeah.

Mark Hayes (02:13.998)
Yeah.

Brock Ganeles (02:15.395)
So maybe it's both, but my gut tells me even without the Iran thing, she is distancing herself from the Donald more and more every day.

Mark Hayes (02:26.07)
Right, right. Brock, I feel like she's in it knee deep. Remember, we never prosecuted her for the millions of dollars that went unexplained for in Trump one point for the all the yeah, the ballroom and the the the circumstances suit inauguration stuff. Yeah, all the balls. Yeah. And remember her girlfriend that she turned on,

Brock Ganeles (02:37.85)
she's.

Ballroom.

No, the inauguration. The inauguration balls, not the ballroom. The inauguration dan you know. Yeah, the ball.

Mark Hayes (02:54.708)
Stephanie, somebody told everything. Like, you know, she leaked that phone call about fuck Christmas. Who gives a fuck about Christmas? Right? We heard we heard that, so we know how she feels about the American experience. We know that, you know, they could give we know she's no Einstein. We know she's a high class hooker. and and you know, we don't really care where she is. the fact of the matter is she's bastardizing.

the position of first lady. She's she's, you know, basically, you know just l left her duties. Right? She's she's no longer the first lady.

Brock Ganeles (03:34.492)
Yeah, she's abdicated the role. I all I want with money I just want the money back. I want to claw back all the money. I want a forensic audit on where all that money came and went all the way back to Trump one dot zero. I want the money back. I want Baron's fucking money that he's making on, you know, crooked crypto deals, you know, for his father and front running fucking trading because he knows what's gonna happen in advance. I just want all the money back from

Mark Hayes (03:41.014)
Right.

Mark Hayes (03:44.45)
Yep.

Mark Hayes (03:49.751)
Right.

Mark Hayes (03:54.433)
All of it.

Brock Ganeles (04:04.199)
These fuckers. I want them bankrupt. Ultimately, I want them in jail. I mean, Melania's knee deep in the Epstein file, so once that comes out, she's gonna have to worry about keeping her ass out of jail. So she's just small potatoes in a bigger game. I think she's canary in the coal mine. That when she disappears, that's just a sign that shit is getting worse and worse and she wants to stay out of stay out of the way of it. You know? 'Cause think you wonder

Mark Hayes (04:17.175)
Right.

Mark Hayes (04:21.389)
Right.

Mark Hayes (04:32.193)
Yeah.

Brock Ganeles (04:34.223)
If Milani was on Air Force One, would she have been able would she have been invited into the the taco truck to sneak into the other plane? Or would the thirty-two year old Aide been the one that was brought along into the you know? 'Cause there's probably not room for both of them.

Mark Hayes (04:44.463)
Mark Hayes (04:48.686)
Well, Brock, have you seen the outfits that the so-called aide wears? Giving very much the handmaid's tail kind of outfits, which is really disturbing. Got the hair up in a bun, looking looking real subservient. I wouldn't want any part of the Donald. you know, just to have sex with him. You're gonna probably gonna have to clean him up for what, a good

forty five minutes to an hour just to scrub him down and get the poo off of him. You know, get a fresh diaper on him after you're done. it's a lot of work. You know, after a long day of flying around, Marine One, Air Force One. that's right, he can't go anywhere because nobody wants him coming to you see the Red States are abandoning him. They want nothing to do with him.

Brock Ganeles (05:45.906)
He's an anchor. You're down to 30% approval. I mean, you're in a you're in a state that's maybe sixty percent MAGA, sixty forty. You figure you're pretty comfortable position, but then you're wearing a president at a thirty percent approval, and all of a sudden your cushion is gone. And then he comes to town and to one of those rallies and starts babbling about beautiful young girls and like all kinds of crazy shit, starts talking about

Mark Hayes (06:06.317)
Okay.

Mark Hayes (06:13.59)
Okay. I think them

Brock Ganeles (06:16.133)
Yeah, he starts to veering off and it's like you can almost see the votes being lost as he speaks. So yeah, I can't imagine he's gonna be out stumping for too many candidates this election season. And supposedly he doesn't wanna do it either. He doesn't wanna travel anymore. There's leaks coming out that from his own people saying he no longer has an interest in the job. The most important job on the planet, he doesn't have an interest in it, he just cares about the ballroom.

and other construction projects and playing golf and hanging around with his little thirty-two year old Chiquita there and that's sorta his entire focus and doesn't really care about what's going on with the American people or the geopolitics. He's lost interest in the Iran war. It's dragging on too long. But I mean that's the president you voted for, America. That's your guy.

Mark Hayes (06:46.455)
And the money.

Mark Hayes (06:55.598)
Sequina.

Mark Hayes (07:04.877)
Yeah.

Mark Hayes (07:10.806)
Right? That's what you wanted. Brock, riddle me this. this guy's walking around with a a Trump 2028 hat on. Picture this scenario in November, right? You see all the polls trending blue, trending blue, trending blue. Big time. What happens if all these polls are dead wrong?

And by some strange happenstance, all the red guys win.

What do we do as a country?

Brock Ganeles (07:48.241)
Win legitimately or win because we think that there was manipulation that went on? I mean

Mark Hayes (07:54.409)
I can't imagine there's any way that someone with a red agenda wins anything.

Brock Ganeles (08:03.835)
Okay, so you we're assuming that there's no fucking way, therefore

Mark Hayes (08:07.726)
Right.

Brock Ganeles (08:10.133)
I I mean we can't accept those results. I mean there has to be massive protests on the streets. It's just it'll have to be civil unrest. Like there's no way we can allow a manipulated election yet again.

Mark Hayes (08:16.824)
Right.

Mark Hayes (08:26.974)
No. No. We've already had one. We swallowed it.

Brock Ganeles (08:28.311)
I mean, we just have to hit the streets. I mean, you know what my theory is my theory is that Trump is not going to he's not gonna try to overturn the November elections. He's he's saving that for his own election. That that he that there's a perverse joy he'll have of thinking that he's like the savior of the Republican Party and the rest of them suck and that, you know, they suck, but he'll carry the whole group and it'll just put more focus on him. I think there's a part of him he's so crazy narcissistic that

Mark Hayes (08:47.586)
Yeah.

Brock Ganeles (08:56.807)
would think that way and not necessarily calculate that it would be a nightmare for him all the investigations that will go on once the House and Senator flipped. You know, I'm not sure he's I'm just not sure he's gonna he yeah, I'm not sure he's gonna risk his his position by trying to steal this midterm election. I could be wrong. I know you think he's going to I kind of feel like it's not about him

Mark Hayes (09:08.503)
Right.

Brock Ganeles (09:25.723)
And that he won't care all that much.

Mark Hayes (09:29.453)
Mm-hmm.

Brock Ganeles (09:31.173)
And he'll still be talking about running in twenty twenty eight and say, try to stop me. I got my ICE militia and we're ready to go to war.

Mark Hayes (09:34.552)
Yeah.

Mark Hayes (09:40.673)
Yeah, let's hope not. all right, let's move on. Let's talk a little bit about the Democrats. their messaging, we talked a little bit about it. We talked about, you know, how easy it's becoming to message because the ads write themselves. this dementia ridden fool is child play when it comes to, you know, writing the ads. But the Democratic Party may have an African American voter problem.

We're looking at an audit Charles F. Coleman is reporting on with MS Now and and his platform on Instagram seems to be you know catching big time fire. And what he has found is that the Democratic Party last go round of elections, including Kamala's campaign, spent little to no money with black firms.

consultants, polsters, etc. and that's a problem, you know. and they also have the problem, and I kinda thought this, but then I said, well, maybe I'm a little crazy, maybe, maybe the noise is being made and I'm just not in the in the right silo. But I thought they were way too quiet when the districts were being redrawn, minimizing African American representation.

And then we have the Taller Rico Jasmine Crockett situation. and so when you start adding things up, you know, the problem is where do you go as a black voter? You can't vote red, that'll cost you your life. But now it it it appears that we don't have an inclusive blue party based on the audit. What say you?

Brock Ganeles (11:33.778)
Vote for different people. Yeah, you there's nowhere to go. There's no other party to go to for anyone, unless you're hardcore MAGA white supremacists. So stop even thinking that there's another option. So all the fights have to be sorted out over here on the left. fight for fight for candidates that are when they get the job aren't gonna try to placate to the status quo as it is because now they're just happy to have the seat and put people in there.

Mark Hayes (11:49.58)
Right.

Brock Ganeles (12:02.471)
That are willing to fight tooth and nail and willing to lose their job in order to win principled battles. And I'll put Jasmine Crockett in that category, right? Totally outspoken, right? Totally unabashed and aggressive. And then maybe gets painted as a, you know, too ghetto, too street fighter-y, not electable, so gets the backlash.

Mark Hayes (12:31.991)
Mm-hmm.

Brock Ganeles (12:32.029)
And right, A that sucks. B Jamie Harrison was the head of the d Democratic Party. I mean, I assume that when you run something, you have some say over how the money's spent. So I think he Jamie Harrison has to answer to this. Why didn't he spend money? What's the point in in getting a black man into the leadership position if he's just gonna run it like a white guy? Like, I don't understand why

Mark Hayes (12:52.866)
Right.

Brock Ganeles (13:01.607)
Change wasn't imparted when he got in the seat. That should have been part of his it was part of his mandate. It's why part of why he was given the job, because they wanted more diversification in the party. And he got in the seat and didn't execute on it, or did the powers that be pushed back against it? Because if you're not gonna help black people, then you might as well have Ken Martin as the head of the party and go into Iowa and talking to those same four.

Mark Hayes (13:16.382)
Right. Right.

Brock Ganeles (13:30.261)
80-year-old white voters to see what they think and deciding the policy and the spending based upon those four white guys in Iowa. So, you know, it's a multi-fanged problem. It's but at the end of the day, you need people that are fighters, right? Mondani, Al Sayyed, AOC, Jasmine. Sometimes it's gonna cost you something, but like when you get in the job.

Mark Hayes (13:38.051)
Right.

Mark Hayes (13:55.875)
Right.

Brock Ganeles (13:58.642)
Function in the job with the kind of energy that y was your mandate. Don't just try to fit in so that you can last longer. And I think that ends up being the problem.

Mark Hayes (14:11.98)
Yeah. Tell me tell me a little bit.

Brock Ganeles (14:12.977)
I didn't answer your question. I don't know what black voters are going to do. You can't go anywhere else. They did win the South Carolina fight of South Carolina being the first primary. So they won influence in that battle. And sadly, you just have to keep fighting and keep battling because nothing ever gets done easily, and the right thing never gets done. Like this establishment on the left needs to be torn down, also, which to me includes Hakeem Jeffries. Because if you saw his

Mark Hayes (14:26.614)
Right.

Brock Ganeles (14:41.423)
Interview over the weekend, it was like, come on, dude, read the fucking room. Look around the country at what's going on left and right, and you're not positioned where the voters are. If 70% of your party wants universal health care, you're sitting here saying that you'll never co sign that bill. It's like, okay, so you're in the 30%. So you're the leader, but you're in the minority, but you can't articulate why.

Mark Hayes (14:47.672)
Can't. Can't do it.

Brock Ganeles (15:10.075)
You don't believe in the policy. You didn't make an argument as to why. You just said that we just we can make changes in different ways, blah blah blah blah, right? You danced around it. No more dancing around topics.

Mark Hayes (15:13.943)
Right.

Mark Hayes (15:19.917)
Yeah.

Yeah, it's frustrating. and see, and that's what the young people are are are doing. They're coming out, they're putting their foot down, they're not dancing around, they're giving it to them straight, no chaser. and again, common sense policies have all of a sudden become radical, right? They're socialists, they're communists, like, you know, pre-K and school lunches, snacks.

Benefits. All of a sudden, those are radical pro you know, feeding our own citizens has become a radical freaking, you know, entitlement. And you know, I'm just sick of, you know, the constant entitlement talk, right? From entitled human beings who are so well off, you know, they they they won't need any.

Government assistance for generations to come. Because they're consistently passing on wealth. But yet we keep our you know foots on the neck of those people trying to get a piece of the American dream. That, you know, that's one of my biggest frustrations. Why don't you want people to have and why do why do you want people not to have health care? How awful is that? Like what what what what kind

Of idiot, you know, doesn't want to see people healthy. You know, like well, we know what kind of idiot, President Trump, because we're less healthy. We are you know, we're fighting a losing battle when it comes to the health of our nation. And our lifespan's going down, life expectancy is going down, we're working harder and longer than ever, right? For less than ever.

Mark Hayes (17:19.118)
because of the cost of living changes that we've experienced under you know President Dum Dum. And you know, Kank's McTaco Tits doesn't care. He hasn't put gas in his car since what, the 70s? He has no idea what anything costs. So, you know, I I it's it's really frustrating to me that the majority of America, you know, is that selfish and that hateful.

you know, and that's what separates us from the rest of the world. The rest of the world doesn't mind helping out its citizens. We do.

Brock Ganeles (17:59.912)
We need people that will fight for these things. Right? It's gotta be like core part of the platform. Like this is what I'm going to work on. We know no one one congressman, senator, governor, mayor, anything can get everything done, right? That they want done. But they gotta lay out what the what the initiatives are that they're gonna focus on and try to get done. Cause it tells us where their values are.

Mark Hayes (18:03.65)
Right.

Mark Hayes (18:26.903)
Right.

Brock Ganeles (18:29.381)
And then go after it after you get the job. You know, the problem with you know professional politicians is that the re-election becomes the job and the priority, not the actual making change in America, which just kind of moves everyone to safe ground. That's why we need term limits also, because get everyone to stop playing towards safe ground and actually look at what they're doing. Then of course, when the if you have term limits, then everyone's always looking for their next job.

Mark Hayes (18:39.608)
Right.

Mark Hayes (18:45.815)
Right.

Brock Ganeles (18:57.585)
So then they're already thinking about their job as a lobbyist, and that moves them to being more corporate. So you gotta take corporate money out of it, ban them from becoming lobbyists after leaving the seat, and then maybe you get an incentive structure that actually gets public servants in these seats focused on the constituents. But it gets back to your whole thing on the Democratic Party not spending on any people of color in terms of consultants, polls, and the like. And it's that in essence starving the professional.

Mark Hayes (19:15.799)
Right.

Brock Ganeles (19:26.535)
political class of black people, it's like that needs to be an initiative that people who go into the leadership of the party have to state that as a part of what they're running on to get the votes to become the party leader. So I still come away with it disappointed in Jamie Harrison, but I I want to hear the story behind it. I want to hear was there pushback? Was he not able to get done what he wanted to get done?

Mark Hayes (19:44.087)
Right.

Brock Ganeles (19:54.588)
Because there's such an entrenched establishment that he was sort of a puppet head, but he really couldn't make change. Or was it not important to him? Not important to him that he wasn't the right person in the position. And I think, as I mentioned, it it gets me back to thinking about David Hogg resigning because he didn't like the fact that the party, the Democratic Party, wasn't going to enable and empower and get behind any of the younger voices that were

Mark Hayes (19:54.807)
Right.

Mark Hayes (20:06.358)
Right.

Brock Ganeles (20:24.483)
upset in the apple cart. So he decided I'm not gonna be a part of this institution of the D triple C because they're just stodgy old white guys doing the same old, same old. And now we're seeing the can the types of candidates he was talking about are the ones that are shaking things up. Problem is, you know, you can't get everything done in one cycle.

Mark Hayes (20:41.762)
Right.

Right. And that's definitely a huge problem. that but it's it has to be addressed. It can't go by the wayside. All right. greed is our theme of the day. We talked about Trump's greed. We talked about the greed of the DMC. And now I want to talk about the greed in college football. Which, you know, the money outweighs everything. Urban Myers national championship team, 2008, the Florida Gators.

hell of a team, hell of a squad. Ran through college football that year like it was water. But they had 121 players on that team, and out of that 121, 41 of them have been arrested at some point in their lifetime, either in college or thereafter. That's 34%, Brock. One in three.

Urban Meyer is a fraud, a fake, a phony. He doesn't care about these kids. he's only interested in one thing that's winning so he can make money. And it almost cost him his life, right? The stress of that job and trying to make as much money as possible is what almost cost him his life and why he had to step away from the game. But imagine if you're dealing with all these arrests. Remember, Aaron Hernandez was on that team.

And he was already exhibiting signs of CTE and and the inability to regulate his emotions, shall we say. Punching people so hard they almost died. You know, Cam Newton was there that year, stole the laptop, and got in trouble for the stolen laptop thing. Right? Like they had all kinds of problems on that team. And, you know, fortunately, you look at Cam Newton, he had somebody.

Mark Hayes (22:42.442)
In terms of his parents, his older brother, you know, who were able to get hold of him and say, dude, you know, you're gonna throw away a whole lot of talent and a whole lot of money. And he shipped up, shipped out, went to Auburn, and then look what he did, you know, two seasons later, leading Auburn to that amazing season and a national title. And of course, he picked up the Heisman. So let's talk about the greed, Brock, and and why they just

You know, it's like the SEC, right? And boycotting the SEC with black players, right? You you you don't mind. You love us when we're playing college football for you. But as soon as we're not, you know, we should just comply. And if the officer shoots us, we should have complied. Right? You don't really need voting voting rights because you probably really don't understand the issues. You're not educated. What do you mean I'm not educated? I was a college

football player. I went to college and played for your favorite team. You know? And like I always say, Brock, I'll never forget the George Floyd protest sign. I wish America loved me now like they did when I was playing college football. And it's sad.

Brock Ganeles (24:00.923)
Well it ch well, first of all, all the coaches, pretty much all the coaches in college football are fraud. It's like the last bastion for like the old white guys who thinks they're General Patton in World War Two and they sit atop, you know, this organization that they kinda kinda run like the military. But what's changed is and it's a it's a little you know, sports is always a microcosm for society, right? What has changed is that the labor pool in college sports

Mark Hayes (24:05.405)
yeah. yeah.

Brock Ganeles (24:30.257)
Has been empowered to monetize their own talents. Now that's led to, in essence, chaos relative to the way the system used to be. However,

Mark Hayes (24:45.207)
Right.

Brock Ganeles (24:46.301)
a more fair distribution of at least a portion of the wealth that's being created by this behemoth that is college sports, right? Because it it has such a built-in rabid

Fan base, because everyone who goes to the school wants their school to be competitive, therefore they want the best players, therefore now they're paying for the best players. Now it's ripe for agents to step in and totally rip off a lot of these young kids. Right? So there's gonna be all kinds of fraud and abuse. But there was already all kinds of fraud and abuse. The only difference now is the players are getting their cut of a cut of the pie. The

Mark Hayes (25:15.734)
Right.

Mark Hayes (25:28.033)
Right.

Brock Ganeles (25:28.197)
Or the university doesn't care about them anymore, any more than they used to. They're even probably as interchangeable parts as they ever used to be. The difference is they are getting some of the money. Now other people would argue, they're getting a free college education education that's worth 50, 60 grand, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. But you know why it's not worth 50-60 grand? Because

Mark Hayes (25:46.816)
Mm.

Brock Ganeles (25:50.374)
The black athlete coming out of college ain't getting as good a job, even with that same degree as the white kid who got it. So stop pretending like that degree has as much value for them as it does for white America. So no, they need to be paid for their absolute value creation in the moment while they're creating the value on the field and of course risking risking their bodies. So yeah, it this system is

Mark Hayes (25:55.691)
Yeah.

Mark Hayes (26:04.418)
That's

Brock Ganeles (26:19.953)
There's no incentive for the coaches to care about whether their players are fucking committing crimes off the field. There's really no incentive for the coaches even to have relationships with the players anymore. They're just fucking they're just pawns, high pay you know, paid pawn paid pawns now. So at least I'm gonna look at the I'm gonna look at the positive side of this and say labor labor is

Mark Hayes (26:27.662)
Right.

Mark Hayes (26:31.916)
No. They're pawns, you know, in the bigger game.

Brock Ganeles (26:48.305)
has has won a lot of ground in college football.

Mark Hayes (26:52.693)
yeah. yeah.

Brock Ganeles (26:54.841)
Everything else about's as fucked up as ever, but kudos to those kids who are not getting paid. And so what if they jump from team to team and school to school every year? Why shouldn't they do what's best for them? Everyone around them, as everyone else in the system has been doing what w has has greed has been dictated by greed. Why shouldn't the players be dictated by greed? Why should be the they the they're the ones that are supposed to have some loyalty to a school that

Mark Hayes (27:02.783)
Yeah.

Mark Hayes (27:08.619)
Right.

Mark Hayes (27:13.271)
Just that.

Mark Hayes (27:17.016)
Yeah.

Brock Ganeles (27:24.475)
Doesn't give a shit about them? Absolutely not. It's horse shit. It was fantasyland.

Mark Hayes (27:26.693)
Nope.

Yeah. yeah, it it really was fantasy land. And you know, the good thing is many of these players are now figuring out, okay, this is life changing money that I'm getting with this NIL. You know, at least I I've got a scholarship, I've got this cash, I can at least get my life off to a good start. And I think that's pissing some white people off. which is why you see people like Nick Saban.

Tuberville at all talking about, you know, limiting the amount of money players can get. Right? They they they want a cap. They want a salary cap on the players, but not on themselves. Right? Not on the coaches.

Brock Ganeles (28:15.547)
Not the coaches, right? Is there a cap on how much the university's gonna get paid for the college football playoff that's now extended to sixteen games? Are the schools gonna be capped? Is the athletic director capped? Like, just the players are gonna be capped? Well, that's not capitalism. That sounds almost like socialism. So you're telling me college football wants to be more socialism where everyone sorta gets the same and it's just fine and s

Mark Hayes (28:21.933)
Yeah.

Mark Hayes (28:29.985)
And that's what we're seeing.

Mark Hayes (28:35.585)
Mm-hmm.

Brock Ganeles (28:44.867)
Everyone, you know, no competitive advantages anywhere. There's no you don't just get to get paid for your ultimate value. I don't understand that. That feels socialism, communism. That's a weird stance to be taken. Yeah, that's Tupperville thinks that. MAGA Tommy Tubberville thinks that the that there should be a cap that that should be regulated. That sounds like regulations also.

Mark Hayes (28:47.16)
Yeah.

Mark Hayes (28:53.868)
Right. Right.

Mark Hayes (28:59.295)
All the is

Isn't it? Isn't it? Yeah.

Mark Hayes (29:13.646)
Regulations. Yes. And we know MAGA hates regulating anything. You know, even when it comes to health care. So all right, bro. Give me a quick hit and let's get up out of here.

Brock Ganeles (29:14.301)
Well we didn't like regulations, but

Brock Ganeles (29:29.989)
so it's been really interesting that we we had a we a fantastic to us anyway, a fantastic session with Andrew Kornfeld over the weekend on criminal justice reform, mass incarceration, the entire broken quote justice system in America and all the problems and the messaging and narratives. And

Mark Hayes (29:41.518)
Amazing.

Mark Hayes (29:50.774)
Right.

Brock Ganeles (29:55.726)
As expected, the comments on the message board absolutely fell right in line with all the narratives that have been fed to the American people their whole lives about well, what about the one person who comes out of jail and commits another crime? That's why they all need to be locked up. Just this whole mentality of throw putting people away and throwing away the key as the solution.

Mark Hayes (30:08.792)
For decades.

Mark Hayes (30:13.302)
That's great, right.

Mark Hayes (30:22.936)
Throwing people away.

Brock Ganeles (30:24.869)
Yeah, just throwing people away, throwing their lives away, and deciding, you know, that they're just expendable human beings. A, that would assume that the the way people get convicted and indicted is fair to begin with, which the Nolan Wells situation is blowing a fucking massive hole in. And that by making a f per f for profit business, the incentives are absolutely to just throw people away and keep them in there forever.

Mark Hayes (30:39.07)
Right. Which we know it ain't.

Right.

Brock Ganeles (30:53.445)
We know in our guts, we all know our system is flawed and fucked up. And we're gonna keep that conversation going because the politicians aren't talking about it. But Jesus, the chat board really told you where MAGA stands on this topic. They just think black people are being thrown away, that they'll it'll never impact them, their family, that they're you know, they're law-abiding, it's the others that are the problem and they're scary.

Mark Hayes (31:00.502)
Right.

Mark Hayes (31:06.851)
Got to.

Mark Hayes (31:15.287)
Right.

Brock Ganeles (31:22.378)
And they're menaces and they all just need to be tossed away.

Mark Hayes (31:26.06)
Yeah. And and nobody looks at the numbers and says, Wow, black people are only thirteen percent of the population, but they make up what, forty five percent of the prison population?

I find that a little odd. And then they'll say, well, black people are prone to commit violence. What are you talking about? Where'd you get that from? Do you know any do you actually know any black people? I find that people that say that actually don't know any black people, right? All the only black people they've known are those that they've seen on television, right? And at the top of the newscast that scare the hell out of them.

So yeah, we've got to continue to knock down some of these narratives and give people the the straight facts. speaking of straight facts, I found something I thought was very interesting earlier today. just doing a regular surf and the World Liberty Financial bank, I guess.

which is the Trump family flagship crypto venture, World Liberty Financial. They say its trust company received preliminary approval from the Office of the Controller of Currency to become a bank. These fuckers are getting rich beyond their wildest dream. First of all, they're not smart. Right? So somebody's doing all this work for them. And second of all, I want it all back.

I want I want it all back in Project I'd love to get it back in Project 2027, but I'll wait till Project 2029 to get it all back. So when Trump leaves the White House, these two fuckers are gonna be running around, you know, sailing on yachts all over the world with other people's money, mostly taxpayers.

Brock Ganeles (33:24.849)
More corruption in plain sight. Simple as that. Just brazen corruption.

Mark Hayes (33:28.067)
That's all it is. That's all it is. Yeah, we just keep our eye on it, make a note, and let's begin the investigations. All right, my brother. Great show. Great energy. Yes, indeed. Revolution. See you tomorrow. Peace.

Brock Ganeles (33:41.495)
All right Mark, always pleasure for the speak to you. Talk to you tomorrow.
