And I just want to send a shout out and a prayer to her and her family, hoping that she gets her mother back safe and sound. Her mother has been reported missing since Saturday night, police out there.

are treating her home as a crime scene. So there hasn't been a lot of detail coming out about it, but that is frightening to hear. So she was last seen in Pima County where she lives out by Tucson. So we're all rooting for Savannah and her mom that she gets home safe and sound and this can all be worked out, but she's 84.

And she was welcoming. She and Matt Lauer were there at the time and was just as sweet as she could be. And you never know with big time folks like that.

you know, how they're going to respond to you. You know, I could run off, you know, a list of 10 jerks for you. And, you know, that I met along the way over 30 years. But she stood out because of the way she treated. And we had like a team of five of us. And, you know, they were absolutely cordial to every single one of us.

and made us feel right at home, you know, in NBC studios so we could record the things we needed to record and get those things done, man. So, you know, my heart was heavy this morning when I saw her smiling face and they were reading the statement that she had issued. And, you know, you hate to hear about crime and you especially hate to hear about it when, you know, when it happens to really, really good people.

And I think it comes across on television, which is what makes her so popular, is the fact that you actually want to sit down and have a beer with her, right? Like she doesn't come across as, know, you know, all-knowing, omniscient type of, you know, I'm above thou personality.

you know, she comes across as the girl next door with a whole lot of information that she trusts, right? And so it's, you know, it's just really sad. you know, praying for her and hoping her mom can get home safe and sound.
