There are no boundaries, but there are no social programs either to address it. So, you you want to get people off the streets. You want to get people, you know, to put down the weapons. Educate them.

Get them some education. Brock? Remember when we were in high school and we had the, the BOCES program, you can go over there and learn a trade, right? Learn how to be a plumber, electrician, right? Go over there and get certified. What was it called? Board of Co-operational Educational Services. Those programs don't exist anymore, bro. They got rid of them. Too expensive. Right now.

Where do those kids go? Not everybody goes to college. Not everybody wants to. And not everybody has a hookup at the electrician's union. Right? Like, not everybody has a hookup at the plumber's union. Those are good jobs. They pay very well. You are incredibly skilled when you wire homes.

When you're plumbing new builds in new homes, when you're repairing plumbing in an existing home, you have to be incredibly skilled. That's why they charge what they charge. Why aren't we teaching people how to get those? Some of these shooters could be plumbers, barbers, electricians, lawn care specialists, horticulturists. Why don't we have these programs available?

You know, why aren't these two year schools free? We're the only country where education becomes, we're the only industrialized country where education becomes unaffordable. Take a look at a school like Boston College. What is it, 95,000 for tuition? Right, on the regular. We got HBCUs that are 55, 60K.
